Orders 

All orders are filled and shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders that are received on a Saturday will be shipped out on the following Monday. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive you order.

Shipping methods include ground USPS and UPS. Average shipping takes 2-3 days with these methods. Orders over $50 will include tracking. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once orders are shipped. Shipping over $75 is FREE with code: FREESHIP75 If you do not receive your order please email shopridinroadsboutique.com Shipments are not insured.

Returns

We would be happy to accept returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise. You must notify us via email within 72 hours of receipt if you are unhappy with an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees currently.

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, repurchase the item/items to ensure availability.

Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you by email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to post to your original method of payment.

Sale items

All jewelry, accessories, undergarments, swimwear, clearance and sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for exchange.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should email shopridinroadsboutique@gmail.com to receive a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
